Title Logistics, Inc. Acquires Brokerage Operation
 

WAYNESBORO, VA, January 3, 2019—REO Distribution Services, Inc. plans to focus on other areas of its business, it will wind down its domestic transportation brokerage services business effective March 31, 2019. As a result, the company has sold certain assets of it's Virginia based  brokerage business  to Title Logistics, Inc. Kevin Reilly, the President of REO Distribution Services, has become CEO of Title Logistics, Inc.  The new company will continue providing domestic transportation brokerage and other third-party logistics (3PL) services to former REO customers as well as new customers nationwide.

Title Logistics, Inc.'s acquisition of this brokerage business and it's retention of the talented industry professionals enables the company to scale it's business operations  quicker and with the constant pursuit of providing world class, value-added customer service.
